A lot of them are complaining about the fact that the game is poorly optimized and that it has performance issues like Freezes and Low FPS.
Despite showing 0 deaths on the ending screen, the game still takes those initial (scripted) deaths into account and does not award the achievement.XCOM 2 Errors are currently being reported by a lot of players on the Steam Discussions Board. Thus, it appears that you cannot get this achievement if you complete the tutorial. So make sure you skip the tutorial before you start down the road for this one. This is just a heads up that if you run the tutorial mission, the soldier deaths will ruin the chance of getting this achievement. You lost two soldiers and therefore cannot pick up that achievement
